What is Sleepgoddess? Sleepgoddess is sustainable, ethical and handmade vegan brand with focus on healthy sleep, skin and hair care. Our plant-based and recycled fabrics are focused around a treasure trove of naturals that are kind and gentle to skin.
Where are Sleepgoddess products Made? All of Sleepgoddess’ products are handmade in the United Kingdom using locally sourced animalfree, natural or recycled fabrics , depending on the type of fabric.
What silks does Sleepgoddess vegan silk use? We utilise, Hemp silk, Bamboo silk and Recycled Polyester silk. In every case, we identify which fabric the product is made of. We are a new cruelty free & ethical brand and have began on a journey of ensuring that no nasty toxic chemicals or dyes are used in our fabrics. We will seek to ensure that as our range expands that we have more crueltyfree, sweatshop free and plantbased silks, other fabrics and trimmings to our offerings.

How do I care for vegan silk? Be gentle with me and I will last!
I am suitable for the washing machine and the tumble dryer, but delicate washing and air drying is recommended. Here’s how:
First, use a mild detergent, light botanical fabric softener.
Wash me with like colours but preferably in a delicates bag, at 30°c, to preserve my shine & slip and prevent snagging. Also for a more environmentally friendly wash. If every household turned its washing temperature down to 30 degrees C, we could save 12 million tons of Co2 per year, here in Europe alone!
I am also suitable for low tumble dry heat but line drying is recommended as this reduces energy usage and prolongs my life and my looks – I am a beauty product, hello!
Iron on the reverse with a cool/silk setting.
– Delivery, Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost? All orders less than £30 incurs standard shipping rate of £3.99. Free shipping is included for all UK orders £30 and over. For outside the UK, a flat rate of £10 shipping is added at the checkout where ever you are located.
How long will my order takes to arrive? Under normal circumstances, we take 2-3 working days to deliver to our local goddesses, We take anywhere from 8-14 working days to reach our world wide goddesses.
How do i track my order ? Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my received order? Unfortunately because of COVID-19 and the intimate nature of a pillowcase, we are currently not in a position to accept returns until further notice. We ask that you carefully review the images of items before placing an order and be sure you truly desire to make this purchase. We are also absolutely sure you will love your new essential “comfy blankie”. Other non intimate items can be returned for refund. Send your request to email@example.com and you will be provided with a return form.
Is there a refund for non received items? We issue a refund for products bought at a full price amount and if the 14 days of shipping are completed and you have not received your tracking details.
Is there a refund on discounted items? Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to an order bought at a discounted price .
How do I report a fault with my product? Quality is one of our top priorities here at Sleepgoddess. We take this very seriously. If you believe there is a fault with your product please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org providing details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message within 14 days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help!
– Billing & Payments
Which payment methods are accepted? Sleepgoddess accepts payment via PayPal or debit and credit card using Visa or Mastercard.

Our form submission and newsletter databases are powered by Mailchimp.

In addition, if you linked to our Site from a third-party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners or operators of that third-party site and we recommend that you check the policy of that third-party site and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions.
Unless expressly stated, we are not agents for these third-party sites or for any third-party advertisers on our Site, nor are we authorised to make representations on their behalf.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENT AND SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
